Is this France side unstoppable?
France have been drawn in Group I alongside Senegal, Iraq and Norway, with their opening match against Senegal on 16 June in New York. Les Bleus arrive at the tournament as one of the favourites, having won the title in 2018 and reached the final in 2022.
With Mbappé leading the attack, a midfield anchored by Kanté and Tchouaméni, and arguably the deepest defensive unit at the tournament — is this France side simply unstoppable? The quality is clearly there. The only question is whether Deschamps can get the best out of them when it matters most. They have been here before, and they know how to win.
